Creating the right sense of teamwork can be challenging. Though the team might struggle at first to break longheld habits of specialization and handoffs, increasing communication, decreasing the size of handoffs, and mixing the size of backlog items brought into a sprint will help individuals make the shift from sequential development to working as a team.
