Behaviorally Speaking: 2013 Predictions for DevOPs and IT Operations

Tools Vendors and IT Process Leadership
DevOps depends upon excellent tools and tools vendors are stepping up to play a leadership role in recognizing and addressing the key challenges that are being faced across the industry. From a DevOps perspective, this requires intense collaboration between development, operations, QA and data security. The stakes are high in this effort and the proven winners will likely see their success rewarded with higher profits.

Conclusion
Once again IT professionals are facing a year of tough challenges, but I believe that we are well positioned to achieve tremendous success. Companies that foster better collaboration between all of their key stakeholders, including development, operations, QA, and data security will reap the benefits of high quality and increased productivity along with unprecedented success!
