Testers, you need to know that just using manual exploratory testing for test execution doesn't provide the speed (because you're missing test design) or depth of testing (because you're missing the questioning) that an agile team needs. Yes, exploring the issues around the user stories and the design are helpful, but it's not enough testing or speed for an agile team. Agile teams require exploratory testers, and exploratory testing in this sense does look different than on a waterfall project.
