Great interview. Thank you Jennifer and Dona. I was at Microsoft 20 years ago (before I was a tester but working with testers). What you were descibing is such a change from what I remember! So glad to see the recent passion for experimentation and breaking out of the rigid compartmentalization of "manual testers" and "automation testers." I'm starting to wish I had stayed long enough to see this.
