This book describes what ISO 9001 for software is all about and what it really means. It provides a chapter to discuss each facet of the standard. The section of the standard is first described generally and then its relevance to software development is discussed. Typical errors and problems are then highlighted. A checklist of questions allows the reader to assess whether elements are present in the existing quality process.
